In August...
The boys had a fun time running through the sprinklers in the backyard!
Nathan started First Grade! He is doing really well and enjoys school! They started an Immersion program at his school this year, which is where they do half of the day in English and the other half in Spanish. In the Spanish half, the teacher does not speak a word of English to them, which made me kind of nervous for Nathan, but it seems to be going well. Nathan has learned quite a bit and it is really cute to hear him read and speak in spanish! His English teacher is Mrs. Sauceda, and his Spanish teacher is Mrs. Perez. It is so fun to hear about the things he is learning, and so fun to hear him be able to read so well! I am so glad he likes school. He has quite a bit of homework every night, since they only get a half day of each, they have to study a lot at home. He is always so good about doing it everyday without complaining, and I am so glad for this!
We went to the Wayne County Fair! We hadn't been to it for a few years, so it was fun to be able to go this year. The kids all got a ton of candy from the parade and we all had such a fun weekend! Nothing better than a good ol' county fair! :)
I hit the 32 week mark with the baby! (I'm almost 38 weeks now). Wahoo! Feeling huge, uncomfortable, and ready to have this little guy! :)

Gorgeous kids! I LOVE the idea of immersion for Spanish--I wish someone had done that when I was that age!
