Christmas!!

It was a little weird, and quiet, with just us again this year for Christmas, but it was still great. Nathan woke up at about 7:00 that morning. It was funny, I was watching him from our room and he just stood outside his bedroom door staring out to the front room at the tree and presents, then he would glance back at our room, then back out to the tree again. He did this a few times. It was like he couldn’t believe it was real! So anyway he was really excited. We all got up and got our stockings, and Nathan was super excited that he got a Spiderman watch in his. He had wanted one so bad! Nathan got the remote control 4-wheeler that he asked Santa to bring him and was so excited! He also got some toys, books, movie, games, and I don’t even remember what else. Ian wasn’t really into unwrapping yet so Nathan kindly helped him! Ian got some clothes and some fun toys from Santa that he’s been enjoying. We didn’t do much that day but it was nice to spend time just hanging out and relaxing. That night we got together with some more great friends and played games and had a fun night! We are sure thankful we have such awesome friends, who are like our family out here! We had a great Christmas!
