What we've been up to

I am pretty behind on posting all the fun things we've been doing, but I'll try to get it all in on this post. I'm also including pictures of our fishing trip with my parents and brother before we left Utah. Nathan loved it and we had so much fun. Every time Nathan went to hold the pole he would get a fish! He got pretty good at reeling them in. It was so nice to spend a couple days in Lyman with family before we left, and it was so hard to leave everyone. Thanks so much mom and dad and all my family!
Anyway, our ward here is great! The members are so nice and have made us feel so welcome here. We have done some way fun things with a group of couples from the ward and we are so grateful to them for helping us feel welcome and being our friends. We've played sand volleyball a couple times, played at a beach (actually a river with sand to play in), gone swimming at a fun pool, and gone to the festival of nations at a park!! So yeah we have stayed pretty busy so far. We also went to the mall and to the zoo on thursday, which Nathan loved. It is a way cool zoo and it is free so we will probably be going there lots! Everyone keeps telling us of lots of other places that are fun too, so this week we plan to do more fun things! Oh yeah we went to a place called Lone Elk Park tonight. It's a place where you can drive and see elk, deer, bison, ducks and snapping turtles in a pond. We got to feed the turtles, which was way cool. We have been having so much fun, it makes me really dread when Josh starts school, but I guess we will survive! That will be the real test to see if I like it here or not I think. Anyway that is what we have been up to. I still have not taken pics of the apartment but we are all moved in and finished decorating, HOORAY, so I will try to do that soon. We are missing all of you and hope you are all doing well!
