Oh My! Here we go...

Wow!  It's been so long since I've posted, that everything has changed with blogger!  Let's see if I can figure out how to do this now...

Obviously I'm not going to be able to catch up on everything that's been going on, but I do have a bunch of pictures that I still want to include here.  So here are some pictures from our last little while of living in St. Louis.

Nathan played coach pitch/tee-ball last summer and loved it!  He did really well too and only had to hit off the tee a couple of times.  By the end of the season it was super HOT and HUMID, but we survived!

End of the season, getting their trophy.  Nathan and his best buddy Baker!  Oh, and that's not all sweat on Nathan, by the way.  We just dumped water on him since it was so blasted hot!

Ian had fun playing in the dirt while we watched the games. It's pretty impossible to keep the dirt off when the weather is that sticky too! What a dirty boy!

And now some from the 4th of July. :)  We had lots of fun and went to a few different festivities.  First, the parade in downtown St. Louis, where of course it was the hottest and most humid day ever!  Next a fun party with some friends, and the fireworks downtown.  And lastly getting together and visiting and watching the fireworks that our city put on.  Lots of fun times!

Nathan was super grumpy until the parade started.  He didn't realize we had to get there early to get a spot, and the parade wouldn't start for a while still.  He perked up when the parade started. :)

Our family in cute matching flag shirts. :)  Of course Nathan didn't want to take a picture.

And then Six Flags!!  Our good friends had passes that they let us use, so we went with them and we had so much fun!

 Nathan and Baker
Maicee and Griffith

Nathan turned 5!!  He got a Transformers sleeping bag and was so excited!  He picked to eat dinner at McDonalds of course.  He also had a fun Ninja party with friends and he was so excited to turn 5!

Starting to pack up the house and having fun playing in all the many boxes around the house!

Ian playing in his favorite cupboard. :)

We spent a lot of time at the pool last summer!  We loved it!  The boys always had a blast and never wanted to leave.  Ian loved the slide and had so much fun!  After we got done at the pool, we liked to head to the snow cone place and cool off again!  They had the best snow cones!

Just a random family picture with the camera timer-August 2011.

Walking around Forest Park, (downtown St. Louis) one evening before we moved.  Such a pretty and enjoyable place!
A nice guy offered to take our pic!

My going-away-girls-night-out at Applebee's.  Such a fun but very sad night!  So sad to leave all of these wonderful friends!
Me and a best friend, Heather Brimhall (above)
 Another best friend, Meghanne Albrecht
And two more best friends, Brittany Nothum and Laura Katseanas, (and Meghanne again)
The group of us.  I sure miss these ladies!  I had some great friends in St. Louis and I miss them every day!  I will never forget them!!

Our last night in St. Louis.  Me and the kids stayed at my friend Heather's house.  Josh was already in Utah with the moving truck.
Nathan and Baker.  These two were the best of friends!  Nathan still talks about Baker and misses his buddy.
The group of kids.  Ian, Katie, Griffy, Baker and Nathan.  We miss these kids!
Good bye, St. Louis!  Leaving the next morning was the hardest thing ever.  Heather took us to the airport and it was so so hard to say goodbye to her!  We were both a crying mess!  We really loved living in St. Louis and would have loved to stay there if it wasn't so far from family in Utah.
