Last week we finally got some snow to play in. Nathan was loving it!! He would have stayed outside for hours if we would have let him. It was super cold though! Our neighbors came outside after a while and let Nathan sled down their driveway! He wanted to make a snowman but the snow didn't quite work for that. Maybe next time!
Also, something funny that Nathan said the other day... I heard him in the bathroom one morning and went to see what he was doing. He had makeup on his face and was getting into Josh's contacts.
Me-Nathan you're not supposed to get into this stuff. It's not yours.
Nathan-But I was sneaky in the bathroom!
Me-Well I don't want you to be sneaky getting into stuff in the bathroom.
Nathan-But Santa was sneaky in the bathroom and in our house!
I had to try really hard not to laugh! Funny kid!
Well today I had the doctor appointment where I had to do the glucose test and drink the orange stuff. Yuck!!! I swear when I did this with Nathan it wasn't so gross. I'm pretty sure I actually kinda liked it. Not this time! That stuff is disgusting! I was dry heaving while drinking it and almost lost it all. Glad that is over with. Anyway, everything's going well with the baby and I. Luckily I have been feeling well and haven't really had any problems. He's sure an active little boy in there! Nathan's so excited to be a big brother and got the biggest smile on his face when he got to hear the baby's heartbeat at the appt. today. It was sweet. Oh, and Nathan frequently tells that my belly is getting so big. Thanks bud! Sometimes he sticks his belly out and says 'Look mom, my belly looks like yours!' One day Nathan was saying that the baby will keep growing up into my chest and then he will come out my mouth when he's big enough. Oh boy!!! I'm not sure if he still thinks that or not! Yes my belly is getting really big, and is growing a lot quicker than it did with Nathan. Anyway, I guess that's the latest update!

Ha ha! I love Nathan's little comments. I can't imagine what's running through his mind all day. It'd be funny to have the perspective of a child for one day. Hopefully the baby won't come out your mouth when your due! lol! Glad to hear you and the baby are doing well.

Seriously, what is with that orange stuff? It is vile. My sister had an OB who figured you get the same amount of sugar from a hershey bar or two, so he would have his patients eat that instead. Might as well make it enjoyable if you have to eat that much sugar, right? I can't tell you how happy it makes me that everything is going well with this pregnancy, I'm so excited for your little family to grow! And I really wish I could see that growing belly of yours as well :)
Nathan is getting so big! What a smarty!
What an adorable little boy Nathan is! He's getting so big it's crazy! I don't know if I said this already, but congrats on the baby. A boy, how exciting. Nathan will have so much fun being the big brother. Glad all is going well!
